Hello / Kia Ora

Pinnacles trip -  The senior class had a very successful trip to the Pinnacles last week. Thank you to the parents who accompanied the children and those who also provided transport over the hill. The senior children will be putting together a poster of their expendition as well as a Marine Reserve display.

River swim – The senior class is hoping to go to the Waiwawa River this Thursday to practice some swimming skills. We will require some parents to help supervise the afternoon.

Nukes
Christina and Sashka will be playing their ukuleles with The Nukes at a concert on Saturday at the Area School hall -7pm.  Good luck girls.

Mercury Bay Junior Rugby - Thank you to all those who have weighed in at the club. If there are any rugby players who are interested in playing junior rugby this 2014 season, please contact Teremoana on 869 5578.

Notes from Pat
Just a reminder that the children are not to bring lollies to school.
Don’t forget to make a time to come and see us for a parent/teacher interview.

Thought of the Week
Regular naps prevent old age…
especially if you take them while driving.

 Have a fantastic week
Pat and the team
