Mercury Bay Junior
Rugby we had a great turn out at the official weigh in last Tuesday, and it
was awesome to see all the players keen to start playing rugby again this
season. A big thank you, to all the new and returning players, and parents for
making the afternoon a success. If you missed the weigh in, there will be an
opportunity this Friday the 22nd of March. Bill Cooksley (Regional Development
Officer) will be at the Mercury Bay Area School from 9am onwards. Please
contact Teremoana Johansen (MB Junior Rugby Secretary) on 869 5578 or 021 129
4626 for more information.
Milo
Promotion Thanks to all those who turned up for breakfast, we had around 45
children chow down on the Milo breakfast. It was a great opportunity for
players to meet their coaches on the day and also meet the new families who have
moved to the area. A great day was had by all. - Amy
