Reports
We have simplified the report form and hope this is helpful to parents. Your feedback on how useful you find our written reports is appreciated. These will come home next week.

Winter Sports (Year 4-8)
Our children have been busy preparing for the Winter Sports against Te Rerenga and Whenuakite Schools this Tuesday 5th July. If you can provide transport to Whenuakite School please complete the slip at the end of the newsletter. We need to be at Whenuakite School by 10am so will be leaving by 9.45am. The saving day is Wednesday 6th July.

MBAS Production
The senior children thoroughly enjoyed the MBAS production of Wizard of Oz and hopefully this has inspired them for our own production. Thanks as always to the parents who provided transport and supervision. We cannot do these trips without your support.

Netball
Thanks again Kerrie Macdonald who ran the children through their netball positions this week.

Coroglen School Community Notice
An Appointment Committee has been selected to start the process of appointing a new Principal for our school. Please take the time to complete the attached notice and let us know what kind of qualities, skills and experience you want to see in the candidates for our new Principal.

New Health and Safety Regulations Act
Keeping in line with the new Health and Safety Regulations Act, the Board of Trustees are in the process of further identifying and where possible minimizing hazards in our school. Some of our children have also been helping us so may come home and talk to you about the possible hazards they have identified.

The boys at Boese Landcare Co Ltd get the big thumbs up for kindly dropping off a truck load of shredded woodchip for our gardens. Thanks Pat and Bo. Now help to spread it would also be greatly appreciated.

Have a good week, from Jean and the team…
